Homework 2 ( UNIPLEX and UNFLEX )

I am  really sorry, but we will change of supplier, because we got much better prices , maybe if you could change your offer we could  take it into account.

Homework 1 (Pag. 75, Ex. C) PROBLEMS

·       Accounts:
-                     No Money for payments.
-                     Invoices with mistakes.

·       Personnel:
- Employees who get late to work.
- Employees who don’t work correctly with what they have to do.

·       Sales:
-       A customer gets angry when he or she is not happy with the purchase.
-       Do not have success with the challenge in his or her sales.
·       Warehouse:
-  Articles that  don’t work.
- Articles that are out of their assigned place, in a mess.                          
·       Factory:

- To stop the production because of a broken machine.
- The products  with manufacturing fault that cause a decrease.

·        Transport:
- Not to have enough gasoline or fuel in the middle of the way.
- A pinch flat in the middle of the way

·       Purchasing:
- Too expensive products.
-  A damaged product.
